ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jordan Burr and I love sports.  I grew up in Southern California and love the outdoors.  I'm currently a student at Brigham Young University majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism and Sports Media.  I work for BYU Athletics as a Social Media Strategist for BYU Softball.  I cover all of their games and make creative content for the team.  I write stories for the BYU Newspaper, The Daily Universe and love the opportunities I've had to travel to cover games! I've had chances to shoot video and photo at multiple sporting events as well. My dream is to become a sideline reporter or host.  I'm ambitious in gaining more skills to make me a further asset in the sports industry.

Fun fact about me is that I grew up doing gymnastics for 9 years and believed I was going to the Olympics. I love everything sports and hope to continue my career in the sports industry for as long as I can!
